Supervision and preparation β’ Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables are in use β’ If renting a water unit, a working water hose must be available. No rust water please β’ Please ensure all pet waste is cleaned from the setup area before arrival Weather safety β’ If winds exceed 15 mph or severe weather develops, inflatables must be temporarily deflated for safety Inside the inflatables Please keep the following items out of inflatables β’ Food and drinks β’ Shoes β’ Sharp objects β’ Silly string or confetti These items can damage equipment and create unsafe conditions. βΈ» π Stress Free Pickup After Your Event When the celebration ends, we take care of everything. What happens after your event β’ Our crew typically returns 15 to 60 minutes after your event ends β’ Early delivery or later pickup never results in extra charges β’ We safely deflate and pack all equipment β’ We remove all items and leave your space clean β’ Final walkthrough to ensure everything is complete You relax. We handle the rest. βΈ» πͺ Access Requirements for Setup Our inflatables are commercial grade and heavy duty. Some weigh over 750 pounds. Safe access is required for delivery. Minimum pathway widths β’ Bounce houses and slip and slides require 36 inches of access β’ Combo units and standard slides require 48 inches β’ Obstacle courses and large slides require 60 inches Access path must be β’ Clear and unobstructed from truck to setup area β’ Free of steps, steep slopes, or tight turns β’ Free of rocks, sticks, or sharp objects β’ Grass or pavement preferred If access requirements are not met, setup may be refused for safety reasons. βΈ» β οΈ If Your Site Is Not Ready If the setup area is blocked or unprepared when we arrive β’ We will wait up to 15 minutes while the area is prepared β’ If setup is still not possible, the rental will be canceled with no refund β’ If we must return later, an additional trip fee may apply β’ Unsafe conditions may result in refused setup Preparing your space ahead of time helps everything go smoothly. βΈ» π¦οΈ Weather Policy Safety always comes first.
